I can’t receive email.

Verify that your PC is able to connect to the Internet and/or other computers to ensure that your computer is not encountering a connection issue, which would be causing your e-mail issue. My printer is not printing anything?

Check the physical cable. You might have a corrupted driver. Try to reinstall the driver from the manufacturer’s website.

I can’t save files on my hard drive

Check disk space and see if you have permissions to save in the particular folder.

When I plug in a new hardware into my WIndows PC, it doesn’t work.

Make sure the connectivity is the correct spec. either wireless or wired. You might need to download a driver from the manufacturer’s site or via Windows Update if the hardware does not recognized with your PC.
